Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work promptly to find a resolution.

Address Changes & Order Amendments

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to action the change before dispatch. Address amendments requested after an order has been shipped may not be possible and could result in additional carrier fees or delays — these costs would be passed on to the customer.
